I enjoy the ability to convert PDF files back into MS Word. Very Often I will start in MS Word and send the document to an employer who then sends me a final version in PDF which is OK until such time as there is a need amend it. As I don't travel with a copier, printer or scanner this creates problems.

A must have for your business
Overall, this software is a very useful, less time consuming, and efficient addition for my business. I love that I can complete and sign required documents on the go with no hassle, without having to print and physically complete and sign any document.
I love that this software is so convenient and easy to use. Its a must have for completing and signing documents for your business electronically in a quick and efficient manner.
The mobile app for this software is not that easy to use as the online (desktop) version.

Does optimizing a PDF flatten it?
If your PDF includes artwork that contains transparency, you can use presets in the Transparency panel of PDF Optimizer to flatten transparency and reduce file size. (Flattening incorporates transparency into corresponding artwork by sectioning it into vector-based areas and rasterized areas.)
Why is my PDF MB so big?
If a document has multiple fonts or double-byte fonts this can mean the file size increases by many megabytes. If you have seen that Fonts are a big factor of your PDF file size then your best option in most cases will be to subset the fonts in the PDF which will remove any unused characters from the embedded font set.
What does it mean to Optimise a PDF?
When you optimize your PDF documents, you will get smaller size files as against non-optimize files. So, if you are tired of waiting endlessly to view the pages of your document, you can make things easier by selecting 'Save as Optimized PDF'.
